Outdated Banking App with Limited Features
The app feels outdated and offers very limited banking options. Basic features are available, but the overall functionality is lacking compared to modern banking apps. It needs significant improvements in usability, features, and overall user experience.

What is this app for?
This app shows a list of transactions only. I expect an app like this to at least have the following:
1. The current balance. How much I used already.
2. A last statement balance.
3. Previous statements in pdf.
4. Payment button with different amount options.
This app is an embarrassment for a bank like NBK. I hope they fix it soon.

An old app that will never present the NBK brand outside Kuwait
It doesnt work
You suddenly cant add beneficiary .. and if you do the name doesnt show in the list. Plus you cant transfer to an internal account !!! Lots of problems .

The app is not easy to use and not working most of the time really this is the most difficult banking app
the worst app I've ever used
This app is bad. it doesn't provide necessary functions or account info previously incorporated in earlier versions. The developer has no clue what bank clients require from a mobile app. I have a Gulf bank account and their app ( although its not the best) out performs this poor app. The developer needs to check other banks mobile apps to get some ideas.

Whith new application update, I can’t open the app, every time I try to open it I had a crush
Finally updated
Finally added other biometric ways to unlock, I guess they added face ID in 2022.
Again I guess because as usual with every update the application doesn't work at all 😂
