nbnb: Roommate & Share House

nbnb is a roommate finder for Korea that starts with people, not floor plans. Share houses, room shares, and flatshares in Seoul and across Korea, with the people you'd live with front and center. Every room shows who already lives there: profiles with lifestyle tags and verification badges, plus a match score that tells you how well your daily rhythms fit. Apply with your own profile, and the current roommates decide together. No more moving in blind. ■ FIND ROOMMATES WHO FIT • Search by neighborhood, rent, house gender rule, and amenities, or browse on a map • Lifestyle match score: sleep schedule, cleaning, noise, guests, smoking, pets • Room seekers: hosts can read seeker intro cards and reach out first • Hosts can set move-in rules such as women only or men only • Try sample rooms before you sign up to see how it all works ■ FROM APPLYING TO MOVING IN • Apply with your intro card and a short message • Current roommates review together (some houses decide by vote) • Chat, ask questions, and schedule a viewing or meetup • The exact address is shared by the host only after you apply and talk ■ LIVE TOGETHER, BETTER • House calendar for cleaning, bills, and events • Split bills and shared costs • Keep track of shared supplies like tissue and detergent • Home Screen widgets: this week’s plans and what’s running low, at a glance • Lock Screen widgets: your next plan and a rent-day countdown ■ BUILT FOR TRUST AND SAFETY • Phone verification and ID-verified badges • Exact address and contact details stay private until needed • Report and block anytime, backed by community guidelines • Free lease and landlord-consent templates (nbnb.house guide) • Free to use. nbnb never joins the contract and takes no brokerage fee ■ INTERNATIONALS WELCOME Full English support and foreigner-friendly houses.
