Needs work
Doesn’t work well one iPads and it’s incredibly annoying that it is constantly pausing any audio that your phone is playing. There are some awkward browsing bugs which have been around forever so I don’t have faith it’s ever going to get better.

Pretty poor app. Needs an iPad layout, and offline functionality to be used when travelling.

Needs to have an iPad layout optimised for iPads, and offline support. Feels like a mediocre web wrapper not a truely native app. Weird dual NBR + National Business Review loading screens

Some minor improvements recently, but still far short of expectations. Now on open their is a blurry National Business Review loading graphic/animation, then a fixed high res NBR graphic/animation.
Need an iPad-specific layout
Functional app, but for those of us using it on an iPad, it’s frustrating to have the phone-sized presentation. How about an adaptation for an iPad that make full use of the screen real estate?
Unusable
We pay for a corporate subscription and the app crashes every time I try to open an article. Has completely soured my view of the publication given I can’t use it on mobile.
At first attempt, we “NBR” let you down.
That was 3 years ago. Seeking your feedback on our 2022 App? They say that if you don’t want to know the answer, don’t ask the question. As owner and publisher, I want to know the answer? I welcome your feedback.
Why have it available if discontinued???
Downloaded the app to be told NBR discontinued it. Seriously? Tell someone.
Slow, glitchy
I love reading the NBR but given how much I pay for it I would expect a quick app, which doesn’t glitch. From all news apps I have this is the worst, NBR please spend some development money on improving the performance of your app
Oh dear
Given the NBR is marketed as a premium product, why haven’t you invested in your app? It is slow, crashes regularly, and for some odd reason (and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this) the keyboard often doesn’t appear when clicking into a data entry field.
Needs offline mode & iPad support
Have to totally agree, the app is only semi useful. It needs to support offline use, so you can load up before getting on the plane. And I really don't understand why iPad is not supported. For a pay news app, this is unbelievable. NBR please sort this quickly.
Slow and no iPad version
Content is slow to load compared to other news apps, and there doesn’t appear to be any offline content caching. No iPad version. Both odd as I suspect many NBR readers have an iPad and fly where offline access would be useful. And I wish I could get rid of the persistent Rich List section … I read NBR for good quality news not for the gossip.

Needs work on account validation
After a week of use, it went into an endless loop notifying me it couldn’t find my account. I had to delete it and download it again
Much overdue
Much overdue but needs substantial improvement. Speed of loading is close to dialup given its just text and needs offline mode.
Missing functions
Good start, long overdue.
However unable to use the app offline, it should have the option to download latest content for offline use.
