NBS Coaching is the private client portal for live, individualized fitness coaching between one client and one human NBS coach. Access to paid coaching features requires the separate purchase of one of the three auto-renewable subscriptions described below through Apple's In-App Purchase. Each subscription includes scheduled one-to-one coaching, training tools, workout logging, progress tracking, check-ins, education, and individualized guidance according to the selected service level. NBS Managed includes an NBS-managed training program, weekly coaching review, and direct coaching messages. Builder Weekly includes the full workout and program builder, weekly coaching review, and direct coaching messages. Builder Monthly includes the full workout and program builder, monthly coaching review, and progress, check-in, and calendar tools. Clients can follow their program, log workouts, share check-ins and progress, and review personalized feedback. Existing NBS website customers may sign in and continue using access already associated with their NBS account. App Store customers can restore eligible purchases from the Subscription screen in Settings. Payment is charged to the customer's Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
