FAQ

What does the NC DINOS app do?

The NC DINOS app provides a unified platform for fans to enhance their game day experience. It includes a dynamic pricing ticket system, a smart ticket feature for easy stadium entry, membership benefits like point accumulation and exclusive coupons, and interactive live events.

How can I get tickets and enter the stadium with the app?

You can purchase home game tickets directly through the app. Once purchased, your ticket becomes a 'smart ticket' which allows for fast and convenient entry into the stadium. The app streamlines the entire process from booking to admission.

What are the benefits of the membership program?

The app features a membership barcode that allows you to earn points on all purchases, including tickets, merchandise, and food/beverages. These accumulated points can then be used like cash. Additionally, members receive special discount coupons and access to exclusive events.

Are there any costs associated with using the app?

The app itself is free to download and use. While the app facilitates ticket purchases and access to various team-related services, there are no direct costs for using the app's core functionalities. Any costs would be for purchasing tickets or merchandise.

What kind of events can I participate in?

The app offers various events for fans, including live quizzes and on-site events at the stadium. These interactive events provide opportunities to win prizes, with rewards given to top answerers and participants. It's designed to engage fans attending games at Changwon NC Park.
