I’d give it zero stars if I could
Games will start in real life while this app is still showing 30+ minutes of pregame. When I want to watch a game live, I want to watch it fkking live, aholes.
App needs serious help
Video content, live or highlights pretty lame. Need to get better (more) camera angles to show goals or disputed penalties. The selectable calendar function is the weirdest layout I’ve ever seen, either use a calendar or just show the days the games. Most if all games are on Fri/Sat. Content is lacking, the AI morning skate is lame, get a real human to read it. Content should include at the very least interviews of players pre/post game pressers. For over $150 for a subscription should be a lot better, disappointing, hope it is improved.

Worst streaming app of all time?
It is 2026 and this overpriced piece of garbage can’t even stream in HD on my Amazon Firestick or Samsung TV!!
Shame on the developers and NCHC Commissioner, HEATHER WEEMS, for putting the stamp of approval on this joke of a streaming app. Absolutely embarrassing. Refund all your customers and start over.

$34 per month is insane
Pretty much all in the title. 1 star for being able to watch game highlights for free, I guess.
Forget about watching a game.
Purchased a 24 hour, never worked. Card got charged, no record of purchase in the app. JUNK.
App needs work…
Can’t get the app on my Samsung Tv. Fine. I used my Amazon fire stick. All of the sudden that stopped working. Fine. I’ll stream it from my IPhone to Tv. Works okay as long as I don’t do anything on my phone. Tried streaming to my TV from my brand new iPad so I could still use my phone while watching. Doesn’t work. I can hear the feed but the video does not. All other apps stream to TV via airplay except this one. Tried different TV, changing settings, it’s just this app.

Horrible Service, Refuse to Fix
They have known problems with starting live games from the start for over three years and don’t fix it. They just take your money with false promises
Wow, not close to functional.
How can the NCHC let something like this out? I can’t log into my old account, I can’t see where to even pay to get the service to watch the games when I download the app. Just horrible waste of my time.
Very Mediocre App and Expensive Subscription
The app isn’t great at all. You can’t rewind, you can’t fast-forward. If you try and do either of them, you have to shut down the app and bring it back into get it to play.
Much better than past reviews
I was pretty skeptical about adding this to my sports streaming line up. So far no account issues. Streaming has been great in both my Sony tv, phone and iPad. I am grateful for this app. I love college hockey!!
Came back after 2 years of cancelling
Cancelled 2 years ago, came back to check if improved. Took less than 2 minutes to quit working. Still horrible.
Couldn’t hardly be worse
Where do I start? I set to hide scores and it won’t hide them. I set to play from start and it starts in the middle of the game. The feed is often bad; for some games video quality poor. I wonder why I continue to pay for such garbage.
Super glitchy app - can’t event watch the game
I have tried to watch several games unsuccessfully. The tv lags, is completely unwatchable and ultimately a waste of money since you don’t receive anything usable with the subscription,
Terrible app
This app is awful. First, there’s no app for a Samsung TV, so I have to stream from my iPhone to my TV. Second, it’s a monopoly and overpriced. If you want to watch an NCHC school play, you have no other choice.
Most importantly, the app does not allow you to rewind live action, unlike just about every other streaming app I have used. When I contacted customer service about this significant shortcoming, they simply said that this is a known issue with the iPhone app and there is no timeline for resolution. So your options are to watch it live, or wait until the game is over and watch the replay. Lame. But even more lame is the flippant and unhelpful attitude of their customer service (which I contacted multiple times about this issue). They don’t care if you stay as a customer or not.
Again, you have no choice if you want to watch NCHC hockey. Otherwise I would not touch this app with a 10-foot pole.

No audio for WMU vs Omaha hockey.
There was no audio for around 20 minutes. Tried to watch on 3 different devices.
Never works don’t waste your money
The iPhone app sometimes works but don’t try to airplay it. Won’t work. The Apple TV app will play basketball when you are trying to stream hockey. No support. NCHC.tv is a scam to take your money.

Great on phone, terrible casting to TVs
Great to watch on the go on my phone, BUT, absolute garbage when trying to cast it to either my Vizio or Samsung TVs. Always freezes for no reason or loses connection at least a dozen times a game if it does work. You would think the supposed premiere hockey conference would have a better app AND the fact that you can watch a lot of bad college hockey conferences on ESPN+ every weekend says a lot too.
