Got bad when I paid
I enjoyed the questions in them free version and the price was low enough I justified the paid version. But the math questions are horrible, I’ve come across multiple questions where the right answer is marked wrong and even the explanation states this. Save your money and pick something else.
Math problems =fail
The questions aren't bad on this prep. I bought the full program and every single math question I've come across the prep says the answer is 0 even though it isn't. And there's always two options that are 0. Finally I've come across questions that the rational completely contradict the answer the prep says is correct.

Inaccurate Answers
Math questions wrong and several general rationale are incorrect.
Not within practice
Some of these questions are not accurate or not related to a practical nurse's line of work. For instance, a practical nurse is not allowed to make suggestions about taking herbs and also the practical nurse cannot start a blood transfusion. We already have information overload we don't need irrelevant stuff taking up space or things we need to know!

Lots of bugs!
ALL of the math questions are wrong!!!!! And some other questions have wrong answers too.
Not worth the $5 I paid for it. The explanations are good to have but do not provide full rationales. When answering questions, the same questions will pop up over and over even though I just answered it.
There is a question about dissociative amnesia, with a wrong answer, and the explanation is about Dissociative Identity Disorder. These are two very different illnesses!!!

This app is riddled with mistakes
This is not even worth the 4.99 to buy. It doesn't follow NCLEX concepts which are critical to successful exam completion. Don't waste your money
Wrong answer
Developer, some of your questions have the wrong answer. I've screen shotted them, but don't see an email address or place to send them.
Good except for math
Most of the questions are pretty good to help prep except that for some reason the answer to most of the math questions is provided as 0 when that is clearly not the answer and the fact that 2 of the answer choices are given as zero but only one of them is correct makes me think this is a bug, wish they would fix this, overall tho not a terrible app

This app is terrible. Misspellings, incorrect answers posted as correct, same answers double listed, wrong medical phrases. Don't buy this app!! Buy the book or use ATI!!
Do not!
I bought the application because it was on sale for $5. There are many flaws with this application. Too often the application states the genuine correct answer is wrong and has the complete opposite option marked as the right answer. During the math/calculation questions 2 of the options are 0mls of which one of them is marked correct, and the correct answer is not even an option. Not worth the $5 on sale

Not what I thought
It doesn't break down the categories enough to get specific questions like pediatrics, maternal nursing, med/surg, etc. You probably have to buy full version.

$4.55 is worth it. It keeps me going and the rationales may be short, but hey! Its better than nothing. Ive even notice that some questions are from the saunder's book! Goodluck to all whos gonaa take the nclex this year 2k13! :)

Awesome Question Database
Thanks for putting out such a great NCLEX test preparation application. Questions and Rationales are well written and the game like feel keeps bringing me back for more. The achievements are also a nice touch and make me smile every time I earn one.
Horrible don't bother
This is a waste--I had the same few questions over and over again.
