Good for Testing Content Knowledge, Bad for Getting Accustomed to Exam Structure
The app itself is fine, it’s good for the random quiz questions but I found a lot of the questions to be repetitive, even in using the app minimally. Also, the format of the quizzes and practice exams don’t quite help you get used to the exam structure itself. Overall, I regret paying for this subscription as it didn’t help me as much as I was hoping.

Questions seem odd
Some questions like “What Court case is this?” Seem odd. Maybe that’s in some NCMHCE tests but from the time I took it I never saw anything similar and no other practice test has questions like that. Seems more like an NCE question.
Frustrating and seemingly inaccurate content
I liked the format of this app but there are so many errors- inaccurate diagnosis codes, old diagnostic names, vignettes that absolutely do not give the criteria for a diagnosis they say is the correct answer- I don’t trust this app to help me prepare for this exam.
Exam passed!
Study material was on point
Easy to use - frustrating content
The two is for the good app functionality. However, the NCMHCE will have about 10 questions for every case study. This app gives you a new case study for every question. I spent so much time reading each case study it was hard to focus on learning content. If it was formatted more like the exam, this app would be a 4. The other interesting part is their answers have a lot of what is the more correct answer. I have not found this not to be so severe on the actual exam as well as the other sites that help study for this exam.
