Unreliable functioning
What makes it worse is that I emailed their support team, and I haven’t received any response at all. As someone who paid for a full subscription, I expected at least basic customer service, especially when the issue is blocking my exam preparation.

We noticed that you're currently on Version 1.0.34, which had a temporary issue affecting access to the 150-question practice blocks. Please update the app to the latest version (v1.0.36) — this update includes a full fix, and you should be able to use the mock exam feature without any issues. If you’re still facing trouble after updating, please reach out through the “Contact Us” option inside the app so our team can assist you right away. Your feedback truly helps us improve.
