Fee payment module is horrible
Every quarter we have to unnecessarily come to school, wait in queue and make the fee payment becausr the app does not have the facility to make quarterly payments. This is such a simple thing but the app does not have this feature, making our life difficult, having to come to the accounts section to settle the dues. Very frustrating.

Search Option in Announcements Section
Finding specific announcements is currently quite tedious, as it requires scrolling through all updates. Introducing a search feature would greatly improve usability and make the platform more convenient for parents.
No tracking of progress on app
I am unable to see the exam results related information on nConnect app. I have been waiting patiently now for close to 5 months and there has been no response from
Narayana. Raised concern via app in December, the support team closed it as resolved. Got it reopened in February and till date no response. The app and feature actually helped us understand the progress but now it seems their tech team is unable to up their game.

Why Narayana??
Events are all wrong. Why do a ninth-tenth grader’s parent need to see pre primary events. What’s new is annoying,coming everyday with nothing new. It does update in time. The next day schedule gets updated after that day gets completed. The levels do not get updated properly.
The app is smooth but school ad is worst
The school advertisement is the worst in this application, why should I see the video of the management explaining an option or feature every time we open the application, and that too while we want some immediate information someone has to wait till the video closed it’s terrible please opt for some other efficient way to communicate about a new feature. Or if an user watched it once don’t show that from next time.

It’s like going back to the Stone-Age of Internet
Version 1.2.5 Update takes indefinite time. Forget about the “Bug Fix“, this update doesn’t even allow you to view any data in the earlier version, either. It’s like going back to the Stone-Age of Internet, spooling/buffering happens for perpetuity.
Needs a lot of improvement
Lack of student information, student information is not updating on time. Missed notification can’t able to retrieve. Complaint resolution takes long time sometimes it remains as it is without any action. Past 1.5 years no improvement on this app.
Improve login experience
Please dont show ‘whats new?’ every time we open the app. Its so annoying for user to skip it every day. You can show it once every new release and keep it in notification.
