Cant Access App?

For the past week, I’m stuck on a “restore purchases” and “Subscribe”. It hasn’t been a year since I purchased my subscription and neither button works. Not restore purchases or subscribe. What gives? Also after the last update, some buttons overlay other buttons making selecting some options almost impossible.
