Worst ever service from NDTV profit
After mailing multiple times on the premium subscription there was no response and stupid app keeps on showing the ads without letting to subscribe to premium .

Research reports section disappeared
Don’t know where they’ve buried the research reports section, it’s nowhere to be found. Saved url for the website throwing 404 error. The new app layout too it appears has been designed by some intern, so unintuitive. Feel cheated out of the 2 year subscription which is already paid for.
Don’t buy the subscription
I bought the yearly subscription and a few months later, the entire subscriptions page vanished and I kept seeing advertisements on my page which shouldn’t happen for a premium account. Scammers
Unable to login via OTP
I created an account using my mobile number as the login method. I have also paid 2700 as the annual subscription. Everything worked fine until a few weeks ago. I am not able to login as I don’t receive the OTP. I have restarted my phone, reset net work settings, used the sim in another phone to check if the OTP will be generated. However, no luck. There doesn’t seem to be an issue with my provider, as I am receiving calls and texts. NDTV Profit please look into this. Otherwise refund my money.

Lots of room for improvement
While the parent organisation NDTV has an excellent app, NDTV Profit app has glitches and needs a lot of improvement. It’s better to use the browser to access their website. What I’ve said pertains only to the app and not to the contents of their website, which is actually very good.
Problems
Minimise app option is gone post update unless I am in the app Home Screen unable listen news earlier it was not the case I was able to multi taks with apps. Often volume gets muted and unmute doesn’t seems to work as expected.
Buggy Application
Content is top notch, but the app is full of bugs making it unusable.
Need to improve a lot
We really appreciate news and the way they represent news from old days. But this app has some issue;
1. Log in issue for existing users
2. Some error msg: URL task failed so and so
3. Response content-Type “text/html” does not match any acceptable types: application/json.

The new app design and experience is really nice, love reading articles on this app

App is really wonderful, watching live TV on app is really good feature.

Loved the new UI and the features. The video controls could have been better but I’m hoping to see much more in the coming future.

Change the layout
The app is good and useful but please change the layout now. It has become very old.
Hopeless
U can't even scroll through the news.. Whole screen is filled with ads! What makes u think people will still use u?
