Mediation taught beautifully
The @One app is the most comprehensive way to learn how to meditate daily. The app combines wonderful videos made by the creator that teach you the importance of meditation using your own unique words of affirmation. She also teaches you how to align your daily meditations with each day of the week with one of the 7 chakras of the body which I found to be a brilliant concept. Melani also does a wonderful job of teaching how various daily activities can enhance your life to bring you serenity and balance. The pictures of Jesus Christ, inspirational quotes and scriptures really made me feel connected to my Savior and His divine mission of healing us and blessing the world with peace.

Sometimes I have a hard time staying on track in meditating and I need some help. This is the help! Melani does a fantastic job of teaching and guiding Christ centered meditations to spiral up in life!

Transformation
So grateful to have been blessed to find this guided meditation app. I have been able to let go of past hurts and strengthen my relationship with my Savior and that has changed my relationships and boundaries with others around me. My relationships are healthier and I don’t have the same feelings of hurt. I’ve been able to let go of some things and embrace new joyful experiences and moments.

Such a blessing!
This is the quickest way I have found to be filled with balance and peace. It is such a gift to truly feel at one with Jesus Christ. I love that Melani’s whole purpose in each mediation is to bring me to Jesus and to feel that strong connection to Him. It happens every time.

I would give this app more stars if I could! The chart helped me heal a sty on my eye in a day, helped me reduce headache days and migraine intensity. I love to have my children and I listen to the meditations at night before we go to bed. They are so soothing!
