Neaben Rider

Neaben Rider is the courier app for Neaben, Ghana's local business and delivery platform. Go online, accept the jobs you want, and get paid for every trip. EARN ON YOUR OWN SCHEDULE There are no shifts and no targets. Go online when you want to work, go offline when you don't. You keep 80% of every delivery fee and 100% of every tip. SEE THE PAY BEFORE YOU ACCEPT Every job shows the pickup, the drop-off and what it pays before you take it. No surprises after the fact. KNOW WHERE THE WORK IS The map highlights busy zones in real time, so you can position yourself where deliveries are actually coming in instead of guessing. TRACK EVERY CEDI Daily, weekly and all-time totals, broken down by delivery pay and tips, with your average per trip. See which days earn you the most and plan around them. CASH OUT TO MOBILE MONEY Withdraw your earnings to MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo. No bank account needed. RIDE SAFER A built-in safety toolkit puts emergency numbers one tap away, lets you share your live trip with someone you trust, and records trip audio to your own phone if you ever need it. STAY IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMERS Message the customer on each delivery to confirm the drop-off, without sharing your personal number. GROW YOUR STANDING Build your rating and move from Bronze to Silver to Gold as you complete deliveries, unlocking better benefits along the way. GETTING STARTED Sign up with your phone number, upload your Ghana Card, licence and vehicle papers, and start accepting jobs once you're verified. Neaben Rider currently operates in Ghana. Questions?
