Great in the end
Had a few issues at first getting it to work. Don’t know why but everything fell into place and now it’s one of the most useful apps. Mac setup to lock screen automatically and I use my phone to open it. Simple and very effective.
Can’t get it to work
Maybe I’m doing something wrong, I can lock and unlock my Mac from my iPhone manually but doesn’t work automatically when I walk away.
Nice app, but problems with newer OS versions
This is a nice app and I previously had it working on an older Mac mini pre Catalina. With my new kit running Sequoia the proximity lock doesn’t work. I’m hopeful of an update, but until then the best it offers is a button press and Face ID to lock/unlock my Mac. Not ideal or what its intended for.

Can’t get the pro version
This app does what it supposed to do but I am trying to get the pro version and can’t do it. It just idles

Paid but its not working tried all changing the distance does not work to auto lock.
I can manually lock using the app. Also it does lock if bluetooth disconnected. but the distance feature of auto lock is not working.

Can only get it to work if I manually click on unlock / lock on the iPhone.

Waste of time and money!
I’ve contacted their support multiple times after purchasing the app, which doesn’t work, but it’s been almost a month without any response. Save your time and money—avoid this app and its developer.

DID NOT WORK AT ALL
iPhone 15 PRO, iWatch Ultra 2 and Macbook Pro MAX M2. Did not connect ANT of these devices together. Vry disappointing. Not worth the frustration of fixing Apples bugs for them!
Doesn’t Work
I bought and installed (the paid version) this app about 3 months ago, and it hasn’t worked since. I use my laptop at work and sometimes when I get up, I forget to lock it. I thought this app was going to lock my Mac automatically when I walk away, but it doesn’t. It does however work when I manually lock my Mac from the NearLock app which I why I gave this two stars. In this day and age, I’m so surprised Apple doesn’t have a built in feature. You’d think with the Find My app we’d be able to remotely lock our Macs and other devices. Nope, poor experience all around.

I like it, but…
It’s nice to be able to sit down and not go through the motions of unlocking the system, but after locking it for the night, it nags me a few times to unlock it, constantly invoking Face ID. Find myself flipping the phone screen away from my face to swipe it closed.

Just like everybody else says it been adbandoned by the developers i downloaded the app thinking it was going to be easy seting up nope u have to go to there webiste an download a file an i did that an it says drage the file to the applicant folder did that an still dont work am not going to wast mine time just to get the app to work to many steps just to even get the app to work properly so dont wast ur time even downloading until they make even if they make it alot easeier just to get it working

Abandonware
This used to work great but doesn’t on Sonoma. The developers have abandoned the only working app in the store.

App description says last update was 5 years ago. Sounds like it’s been abandoned. Running Sonoma on M1 Mac, iOS 17.2.1 on phone. Mac doesn’t auto-lock when phone moves outside the threshold distance, though unlock works when the phone gets close enough. Sent email to the address given on the developer’s website, got an error message saying it couldn’t be delivered because the target mailbox is full! It suggests the developer isn’t reading mail at that address

Proximity lock is not working
I wanted to use it on my ipad with my macbook but it does not lock or unlock my macbook at all. It shows the distance increasing but does nothing:))
