As the title says, this app is constantly running in the background draining my battery. It’s also extremely glitchy when opening the app to check in.

Broken
Same error every time. Can’t send review requests because of “invalid phone number” or “invalid email 2”
Needs some work
Consistently forgets my password , even setup just a simple one and still two days later tells me it’s wrong . Deleted app, maybe return another time and try it but for now more annoying turn anything
Can’t upload videos
The only issue I have is that the only way you can leave a video is if you record it right from the app. Change the app so we can upload videos like we can with pics.
Dark mode support
So far I like the app, it seems intuitive enough, however I found that when the app is in dark mode none of the lettering changes which sets black text against a black background. More than likely if it doesn’t get fixed I will stop using the app as switching between light and dark modes will get annoying over time.

We have really enjoying this service to help us build our positive feedback. The app is easy to use when requesting a review. However, I need more from this app as a social media manager for our company. When you go online you can share to your socials but I am ALWAYS on my phone. And I would like to be able to see my worker’s reviews, not just their average. And I would like to be able to click 1 button to be able to share it to a story or to the page feed.

The interface is confusing if you are a casual user and not a contractor. I can't even figure out how to log in as a person looking for a contractor.
Unable to register
When I select an industry it does not keep the value and validation says I need to fill in all fields. So I am unable to register and use the app.
Great idea, but ...
This seems like a great idea. However, the log in / registration appears to only be for contractors. It is not clear how I would go about looking for a contractor.
