NearMiss

NearMiss is an accident reporting system, targeted to notify managers on accidents, possible risks, ideas and quality deviations. Note that reports are compulsory and every accident, risk and quality deviation must be reported. All reports are taken into consideration by manager and there are no punishments for reporters.
