About

Nearscope gives you a calm, private view of the signals and services around you, nothing more, nothing less. See what's nearby: - Bluetooth Low Energy devices and accessories, ranged by signal strength - Known iBeacon transmitters you've added yourself - TVs, printers, and other services advertising on your local network - Precision finding with another Nearscope device over Ultra Wideband - On-device camera object recognition and environmental sound recognition Everything stays on your iPhone. Nearscope works without an account, never uploads your activity, and only asks for a permission when you turn on the feature that needs it. Save a place to remember its usual signals, and get a gentle notice if something changes. Mark devices you recognize, ignore ones you don't care about, and review your recent activity anytime. Bluetooth signal strength is an estimate of proximity, not an exact distance, a location, or a security assessment. Nearscope is a calm awareness tool, not a tracker-detection guarantee.
