Love this app
Simple to use and very effective in keeping me organized. I've tried multiple apps and most were too detailed/ complicated for my needs. This gem keeps my personal life and two businesses organized so I don't forget the details in life
Simple but useful
I Love If you can add a star to important tasks, is the only thing I need and recognize other folders in Dropbox. I think it's very nice idea and I send a greeting to the author of this really nice and useful piece of software :) only this things and will be perfect
What the Heck...
Installed then 3 minutes later...uninstalled. Too much work from the get go. I need a quick list maker not something I have to fiddle around with. Too much to start going.

Ah, simplicity
Finally a list app that is as simple as can be. The Dropbox-based cloud syncing is also simple and elegant. My only beef is that the characters "/" and ":" are, for some reason, not allowed -- characters which I frequently want to use in list items. Fix that and this is an easy 5-star.
Does what it says
I was looking for a simple checklist maker. Found it! Not reminders or alarms but just a simple checklist maker. A list I can "check off" as I get r done. Does what I need and does it well. And I like that I can customize the color and background! And it is free. Nuf said.
Great list maker
I do house fix ups and with the way this let's us communicate between myself and my superintendent we can always be modifying our house lists and both can know when items are completed. I wish it could sort finished items from non finished but other than that this is a great organizer.

Too simple...
It is so simple, and yet it took me randomly poking the screen for five minutes before I figured out how to delete and edit the front page. I want simple, but... I dunno. Give me a delete and edit button! I am guessing I will stop using this before the week is up.
Very basic. Good, but needs more customizations.
Simple things like adding to an existing list anywhere within the list for starters. Maybe the ability to rearrange items in lists would fix that problem. Also, can't change the title of a list once it's named.

Delete?
So far pretty cool, but how do I delete items once they are in there?
Very well designed
This application does what it says, and is very efficient in leaving out unessasary nutton taps. The only thing I wished it had was better syncing. If you use multiple devices, you have to delete all the lists from every device if you want to get rid of it; otherwise re-syncing a device with old info will make deleted items reappear.

We love this app it allows my husband and I to keep just one list and keep it organized!
This is perfect!!
It's great for my workout plan I can just write what I want to and check it off so I don't forget and do that exercise again. And when your done you just uncheck it so you don't have to rewrite everything you wrote down.
Easy and Awesome
I tried this app with my wife and we have absolutely loved it!! I've turned on another two coworkers onto using it with their spouse as well. Really handy to sync up on a grocery list or household project list.
Quick and Easy
This app allows quick and easy generation of task lists. The dropbox integration is great convenience! Email ability allows one to send to friends or even Evernote! I had been keeping my lists in Evernote, but now exclusively use Neatlist. It is so easy to use. Try it - with the ability to get your list as simple text in an email you have nothing to lose.
Request: allow nested lists using tab delimiters in the text files. I'd like to be able to break down tasks into subtasks, etc.

A great application
When I saw this go up on HN, I was stoked. This is the kinda app people ate always asking for, whether they see that in this app or not. For teachers, list makers, etc..

Great simple list app with Dropbox integration
This is the list app I've wanted for a long time. The Dropbox integration is a killer feature because it enables list creation in the app or on my computer. The only other feature I could ask for is to let Dropbox be the "golden source"; if I delete a list from the Dropbox folder, let the app delete it on next sync instead of recreating the file in the Dropbox folder. Otherwise, well done! (And the price can't be beat, although I would've gladly paid $1 or $2 for it.)

Lots of potential, a few quirks.
This is a nice, simply designed, list maker. It's made to be efficient, and fast. And in that regard, it works very well. Unfortunately, there's a few things that will prevent me from switching over.
(1) You cannot edit an entry once you create it. You just have to delete and remake it correctly. I can't imagine this is intentional. When you click on an entry (which is what I assume you would do to pick an entry you wanted to edit), the entry flashes (as if you selected it) but then does nothing.
(2) You cannot use some symbols when typing out your lists. I haven't tried every symbol, but the forward slash ("/") and colon do not work.
(3) While not a problem with the app, I'm not sure how to contact the app developer to ask questions or comment on the problems because the webpage just loads to a banana.
If it weren't for these bugs, I would highly recommend this app.
