The app crashes every time I try to sign in or do a forgot password. Not able to utilize any rewards.
Remove this from App Store
I downloaded this and tried to use it and it kept crashing. Turns out it hasn’t been updated in five years. Why is this even still in the App Store?
No longer works
I assume they stopped supporting this app. You can’t select a location to order, forced to just use the regular website.
Garbage
I love NB but this app is atrocious. Freezes, crashes, dead links. I’ve passed on ordering because of it.
Doesn’t work
The app consistently bad for the several years that I have had it. It does not show the store locations or allow you to order. Just go to the store and wait I guess.

I can mobile order, but there’s no way to link to my rewards atall!
App Crashes and is Randomly Unresponsive
When attempting to add money to my wallet, the app simply crashes. Meanwhile, I have a ton of points that I can’t use because the wallet feature won’t work!
On top of what was mentioned above, the app is terribly temperamental in it’s responsiveness. I can’t believe this app has been out for several months and is still this buggy. It appears that whoever designed this app didn’t test it, or if they did test it they didn’t test it thoroughly.

Apple Pay?
Why isn’t there a option for Apple Pay. I don’t want to store my credit card on the app. Or at least put a add card info option in the credit card pay area.

I had a ton of issues when this site was rolled out- glad to see they’ve all been addressed. No issues in the last month or so!! Only suggestions: skip the signature (if I can buy a computer without signing, why do I need to sign for a $10 burrito?), and I’d love the ability to leave tips for the hardworking employees during all of this.

Nice Idea, Poor Execution
Easy to assemble order, can never checkout. Once order is assembled it has you sign and then always get “error creating square ID”. Tried on 4 different iPhones and two iPads with same result.
Doesn’t work
Crashes every time I refresh locations and always says “mobile orders paused” no matter what time of day.
Buggy App - Unable to use
I was so stoked Neato is back but I was disappointed I was unable to use the app to earn rewards or to order & pay. I cannot add funds to my e-wallet and the app keeps closing out.
Error creating Square ID
I absolutely love your food and I'm very glad you're open again, but this app won't let me finalize and pay for my order and you're currently making us order exclusively via the app.

Not Working
I’ve downloaded the app and it doesn’t work at all. I open it and it’s just a frozen screen on the home page of the app.
worst app
the app simply does not do what it was designed to do. i have spent a maddening hour just trying to open the app, but it crashes every time. neato burrito wasted time and money developing an app to reopen during the pandemic when they could have switched to a phone order system or added online ordering functionality to their website. foolish.
