Das, was Soziale Netzwerke sein sollten

Da es sich um kein wirtschaftliches Unternehmen handelt, müssen sie Spenden bekommen und wenn zu wenig Spenden kommen, dann auch Werbung schalten. ABER es gibt nichts anderes, um so positiv mit anderen Menschen in der Nachbarschaft in Kontakt zum kommen. Für Freizeit und für das Verschenken oder Verkaufen von Sachen. Für Babysitting und Spielgemeinschaften, für Einkaufshilfe und Bohrmaschine leihen. Hier funktioniert das, was andere nur versprechen: Sozial und gemeinnützig. Ich bin Fan. :-)

Nachbarschaftshilfe /-vernetzung leicht gemacht

Schade nur, dass Beiträge im Marktplatz nicht App-seitig auf Aktualität überprüft werden/gelöscht werden (wenn schon die Nutzer es nicht schaffen): weiterhin sichtbare Angebote, die längst verkauft sind, über Wochen angezeigte reservierte Artikel, uralt-Angebote…. Das ist schade.

Benachrichtigungen lassen sich nicht ausschalten

Die App ist ja in Ordnung, aber was mich tierisch nervt, ist, dass ich immer noch ständig Benachrichtigungen für irgendwelche random Beiträge bekomme, die ich weder abonniert habe, noch auf die ich kommentiert habe oder die mich sonst irgendetwas angehen. Ich bin die gesamte Liste an Benachrichtigungoptionen durchgegangen und habe bis ins kleinste Detail alles ausgeschaltet, was nicht eine direkte Nachricht an mich sein müsste und TROTZDEM zeigt mir immer noch die kleine rote nervige Zahl am App Symbol an, dass ich irgendeinen Beitrag von Beate sowieso noch nicht gelesen habe, der mich auch nicht interessiert. Ich bin soweit, Mitteilungen für die App komplett zu verbieten, nur damit ich Ruhe habe. Was natürlich dazu führt, dass ich dann auch keine mehr erhalte, die wirklich brauche. Kundensupport scheint es so nicht zu geben. Schade.

Hallo und danke für dein Feedback,  der beliebte Beitrag ist eine neue Benachrichtigung; diese wird sowohl als Push-Benachrichtigung über die App gesendet als auch in der App unter dem Glockensymbol als Neuigkeit angezeigt. Falls du die Push-Benachrichtigung nicht mehr erhalten möchtest, kannst du sie ganz einfach in deinen Profileinstellungen unter Benachrichtigungen -> Beiträge -> Beliebte Beiträge abbestellen. Leider ist es momentan nicht möglich, Benachrichtigungen oder Neuigkeiten unter dem Glockensymbol manuell zu löschen oder zu deaktivieren. Sie werden jedoch im Laufe der Zeit automatisch gelöscht oder durch neue Benachrichtigungen ersetzt. Liebe Grüße, Dein nebenan.de-Team

Too many notifications and can’t disable them

There are too many notifications settings switches, too many useless notifications, and disabling them doesn’t work. It’s 2024 and people don’t want hundreds of pings all the time, wake up. Anyway congratulations it’s uninstalled, great job!
