Why even have an app!

The app doesn’t work at all. The settings won’t generate at all to even connect the bed.
It’s ok
You can’t just open the app and use it. This app has to be connected every time. That’s fine, it’s just an extra step. It doesn’t have all the functions that the remote has (I wish I could find my remote).
Doesn’t Work
The app won’t pair. Like others have said, I tried unplugging for 10 seconds and plugging back in. I’m a tech savvy person. This app stinks.
Doesn’t connect.
I tried unplugging and plugging back in after a minute and quickly open the app, but my phone won’t connect. The connect screen is just blank.
