I have purchased power for over 5 days now and still haven’t reflected yet. Is this a legit app?
Signup impossible
This App is useless if one cannot simply signup. The submit button unresponsive when trying to sign up. It is better to just delete this app!

Submit code button in the app is not working, the code will come and you type in alright but you can’t submit

This app is not reliable, you will buy power, they will deduct the money and you will not get the power and now you will have to wait for a week before you will receive it, what sort of nonsense is this? Ghana why?

This app is the most useless application I’ve ever seen the software engineers who designed this app a very slowpokes,because I don’t know understand why I should by power then you’ll deduct the money but the power won’t come.

NEDCo Gh app is a fraudulent app
I have been buying power with this app. Only for me to buy 3 days ago, and I didn’t receive my power neither did I get a token code. And my Acc was debited. I thought it was just a temporary glitch in the system. I tried today again and they debited my account but didn’t render the service. I tried calling all their customer service lines and non went through.
