Poor
All worked last year, stopped working this year! Unstable WIFI connections - unreliable sockets, lights, remote control the whole system that requires WIFI.
Issue with 5 GHz

I must admit you a really handy app, it’s really handy, especially if I’m upstairs, I can control my device at a touch of a button.
I have a BT WiFi Router which I’m trying to use with one of your products, which is a Wi-Fi kettle, which unfortunately I’m having trouble trying to connect.
I’ve gone into my Wi-Fi router settings to downgrade the settings from 5 GHz - 2.4 GHz and still no success.
So I am having to use my second IPhone to Tether a hotspot for your product in order for it to work.
Will you update this app at any time in future to 5 GHz Please ?

Stopped working on my smart bolbs.
Sorry to say not happy with the app and product.
customer service is not helpful at all
had issues with the app and it "smarts": worked fine for a while but stopt working (without any changes on my side). they suggest restart the devices and if that does not work contact the store for warrenty return. the devices work, no problem, it is the "smarts" on nedis side that do not work reliably

I spent many hours trying to connect to a light bulb. It was never able to.

Since the new update I cannot connect Nedis Camera with Fast Roaming enabled on my Wi-Fi network!!

Terrible service
Got the Nevis smart video door bell as a gift from my daughter as being disabled it would help tremendously as I live in an upstairs flat and can’t always get downstairs in time when my door bell goes. This product has not worked properly from the day I managed to get an electrician to install it. He replaced the transformer as suggested in the manual it worked for approximately 7hrs then stopped. I have emailed Nedis at least 3 times each time it’s taken between 2 to 5 days for a reply a very basic reply at that...my electrician also emailed them and got the same basic reply they were telling us things we had already done (I’m still waiting for a reply from nearly a week ago. My daughter has now contacted Nedis reference a refund as we feel this product is faulty and all they say is contact whoever sold it to us to exercise the warranty! Absolutely terrible service all round. The product would be great if the after sale service was up to scratch or even in existence! Not been a pleasant experience
