Ladbrokes are utter dirtbags some of the most dishonest bookies in Australia avoid their sites at all costs they are cheats and will utilise foul play to steal your money.

I started the account with around $500 and turned it into around $1500 after a month or so before they decided to severely limit my account. I know betting companies are known to do this when you’re profitable but I found this to be pretty ridiculous when it’s a fairly small amount in the grand scheme of things.
Either you win a bit and they limit you quickly or you lose your money to a fairly dodgy company, it’s a lose lose company to be with and you’re better off going elsewhere.

Super leauge / rugby leauge
Neds have taken away same game multi for 2 x try scorers in the super leauge/ rugby leauge. I have been putting these bets on the last 2 years. This year in round 3 of the super leauge they took away those markets. I have called an emailed multiple times they said it will get fixed but it’s been 3 weeks as of today and still no markets for same game multi with 2 x Try scorers.

Shocking customer service
I had an issue with some bets and called up the custoner service line, only to be mocked and insulted by one of the customer service reps reptietively . Never betting here again

Looks like a great app at first use but after a while you realise it makes its own rules and the punter hardly ever wins, and if they do they'll stop their use.

If there was 0 stars I would choose that. Not paying out a bet after I sent them 5 links from different credible websites with result. Not the first time it’s happened either.

Terrible app stay away, Dont offer bonus bets ever and they have a toolbox that is always empty. 1 price boost a day if you’re lucky and never any multi rescues. Just a pathetic app. Don’t even waste your time.
Cash out option scam
I’ve been using this app for 3+ years. Never had an issue. As of yesterday I noticed on two sports bet slips the cash out option wasn’t available. I contacted Ned’s and it seems they can remove the cash out option at their own discretion after you have placed the bet without prior notice.
Void
I appreciate beds for voiding a leg of my multi and ensuring I still got laid out. I had Murray tail ago who got injured in the first half without scoring a try, and they just voided the leg so my multi which all legs won still got paid out. Many other bookies wouldn’t void and give me a loss
Knocked my socks off!
Been with some bookies for years who refuse to give back to the user… NEDS has been the best experience I’ve had so far. Extremely welcoming, given multiple WELCOME bonuses, they just keep on giving.

You add a bet to the betslip and if the odds change they don’t give you any type of notification. Typical grub behaviour. I added something that said it was paying 2.90 and I went to place and after placing realise it decreased to 2.50 . Most books give you some sort of notification if the odds decrease. Really poor form and grub behaviour. Went back to check odds again and it still said 2.90.
