Super helpful
I’ve been using Neela for awhile and she has become my go-to for any health related questions. I feel more comfortable asking her since she knows my history (I was able to upload my medical records) and it’s private. I don’t have to worry about my data being collected. Even though this app is built for family caregivers, I’ve been using it to manage my own health as well as my family.

Neela has been an absolute game changer for our family. Caring for an aging parent is rewarding, but keeping everyone informed can quickly become overwhelming. With Neela, we can easily track our mother’s daily care, medications, appointments, and routines all in one place.
The biggest benefit is the documentation. Every update is recorded, so my sisters and I no longer have to constantly text or call each other to ask how Mom is doing or whether something has already been done. Everyone has access to the same up-to-date information, which has reduced stress, improved communication, and given us confidence that nothing falls through the cracks.
The app is intuitive, reliable, and clearly designed with caregivers and families in mind. It has made coordinating our mother’s care so much easier and has allowed us to spend less time managing logistics and more time simply being there for her.
