Too many bugs and glitches

The app is randomly crashing everytime i try to solve questions…..initially i purchased the batch when there was no app …just the website….it was much worse …..some popup would appear showing “error” everytime when u generated a DPP with more than 30-40 questions and was a nuisance …..so i stopped using it …..but then a few months later the app was launched and it was working fine …but now it has started doing tha same mumbo jumbo……I received no assistance even after mailing, calling the customer support thrice …..

In iPad only target bath and classroom test is showing but I have purchased jumbo test test series not showing but in android it is showing please fix this problem fast exam is very near and also voice explanation not working properly

Audio explanation don’t work properly out of 10 only 1-2 works please fix this issue

Sir Please i hv a request I’m Target AIIMS Batch Student.

Sir You should take test on topics gives in syllabus but nmc and nta. Ex.Neet 2025 N 26 don’t have poison ratio in syllabus but ncert has it and also neet 2023 syllabus by nmc had it. So it will help to create more relevant tests.Also, You haven’t added questions from old ncert which are present in syllabus for ex. Neet 2025 relative velocity question was copied from old ncert .Please Create good level tests but relevant to the syllabus.Having analysed so far the old &new ncert shouldn’t be judged we should use the nmc syllabus please if not add option to generate syllabus based tests.

To the neet prep team

I bought the target batch alteast 20 days ago and paid ₹5000 ,the staff told that it will have video solutions and whatnot now the app is aking ₹10,000 again just so that I could access the thing I have already paid for . I don’t know if it’s a glitch or what I have already refreshed the many times but if it is some kind of wicked tactic then shame on you

Old test format was good

Bring back the old test format, now it’s the same as in website and I liked the previous style it was really good. Make daily dpps available also my other courses aren’t visible except target batch.
