This woman topped all real estate agents I have worked with . She was with me from the very beginning of pursuing my new home. I was in the process of selling my home and was looking at the Villages when Ashley came to my rescue after the first sale
of my home in Scotts Valley felll through because the buyer of that house could not qualify after the home was just ready to close, thus losing first bid on a home in the Villages. New buyers came in and bought my previous home and because of Ashley’s diligence I was able to purchase even a more beautiful home in the Villages. There were a few repairs that had to be made before we moved in and Ashley took care of getting a great handyman to do the repair work. So he brought him here and helped and supervised
his work to make sure things were right.
She helped with suggestions for my movers and she even cleaned and serviced my golf cart which she negotiated to be part of the sale of my new home ! Bravo👌Kudos to Ashley!

Better than the norm
This is a great app. I’ve used Zillow and Trulia in the past and this app surpasses those with its ability to focus on the neighborhood and not just the cities your looking to move into. The only issue that keep me from giving this 5 stars is the inability to shared my saved list with my spouse. Similar to how Zillow lets you do that. If this feature was implemented (hint, hint) this would be my single go to app for home shopping.

Great idea, still needs improvement
I love the idea of this app. But in my area, it doesn’t seem to have a consistent amount of information on each neighborhood. Some neighborhoods shared price ranges and school info, but others never loaded or only listed houses for sale. It also seemed to lag a lot while we were searching for info, which was really frustrating.

Best idea ever!!
Even though they are just starting with this great app, it is already my favorite one. I hope to get to see more features in it like quality of life indicators. But right now is giving me very valuable information by showing me houses by neighborhoods.
