I was able to book a plumber in minutes using the Neighborly App. So easy to find services for my home. Great experience!
Limited and lame
Depending on who they contract with for networking purposes. It’s very limited, you will have a better shot with Thumbtack or similar than this.
Unable to use the app
The app times out frequently if input for a “form” isn’t completed right away, and a dialog opens up informing you about the failure to submit the form.
Searches do not return any data, and it makes me feel like it has just mined my data.

Appointment notifications dont have the time
What use is sending me an appointment notification without the appointment time?

The app has only opened once. It’s not worth the hassle

Went to the effort of downloading & signing up only to never receive a verification code after at least 10 attempts...waist of time!
Not impressed
I was not at all impressed with this app. I was interested in getting a tree in my backyard trimmed. I indicated tree trimming in the search box. This is was I got:
Gutter cleaning
Gutter insulation and repair
Debris removal
Drain repair and replacement
Essential oil treatment for mosquitoes
If tree trimming services are not available then it should say no results, and not provide something totally unrelated to what I’m searching for. Also there is no listing of services. The only way you could find a service is by doing a search. If the above search is and indication of what I can expect, then I am not encouraged to use the app at all.

The app doesn’t work
Signed up and got a blank white screen that I can’t get out of. What a complete piece of junk.

SUPER CONVENIENT!
I don’t have the time or patience to search for several different companies that are reputable enough to make me comfortable being home alone while they work; until now!! Not only can I find the services I need FAST on this user friendly app, but it gives me information about each company right down to the technician coming to my home! I seriously love the Neighborly brand and how in-tune with my needs they are. Well done!!

Great services combined under one app! You can’t go wrong with the done right promise. I’ve used Mr. Electric to run electric for a hot tub. I’ve used Glass Doctor to replace a car window. My pipes burst once and used Mr. Rooter. We always use Mr. Appliance for our appliance repairs. Window Genie has tinted our windows. We’ve used Rainbow for water leak damage. That being said they are great companies so thankful there is an app
