Glitches Galore
This app “glitches” every other week. I locked my card for security purposes and couldn’t log into the app to unlock it for 3 days. Finally got it to work and then it says it needs authentication? Why can’t this be incorporated into the mobile banking app?
Annoyed
App is horrible! Third time trying to pay for purchases in the store and the app refuse to load so that I can unlock my card. Makes no sense that I had to leave my items because I couldn’t unlock my card.

useless. inconvenient
is soo stupid to have a whole separate app to manage your card. seriously. card wouldn’t go through now instead of clicking a button on my current app i have to download this and sign up. all that could’ve been avoided. just stupid thinking on their part.

Need bug fixes
I just got a new credit card and tried to add it to my card manager app it wouldn’t work.
Card app wouldn’t work
Tried logging into the app and all I got was a retry button that did nothing and a help button which also did nothing. I tried reinstalling the app which didn’t help. Wasn’t able to stop fraud on my debit card because of this and have no way of turning my debit card off any other way. Thanks neighbors!
