Been using it for years I love it
App suddenly isn’t working properly.
Idk what happened in the past couple weeks but the app is simply not working on my iPhone 16. I try to open the app and it just sits on a white screen with the logo then force closes itself. It sometimes works. When it does work, as soon as I close out of the app it goes right back to not working for a while. I’ve tried to re install the app. It’s updated. The only thing I can find on the internet which could be the issue would be a server issue on Neighbors credit unions side.

This app is constantly crashing, the amount of times I have to revert to google to log in is absurd and it constantly being down is genuinely frustrating.

I’ve had terrible communication issues. People don’t answer the phones and failed to provide information as to why I was experience an issue with email correspondence. I finally had to visit a bra much to handle something that should’ve been able to be resolved by phone. Considering pulling my money out and I’ve been a customer for over 36 years.

I hate the updated app! It’s just so hard to look at. The original version was seamless with a friendly interface. Please bring the old version back. And now I can’t see all of my pending charges. It’s weird.
Garbage app
What a garbage app. Aside from being one of the worst laid out and clunkiest of all the banking apps I use, the persistent notification badges for stupid don’t get scammed warnings are annoying and distracting and probably more likely to cause people to fall for scams since they’ll start ignoring the notifications like I have.

Errors
This new version doesn’t work properly at all. I’ve experienced more app errors than I can get into my account. Never had that problem before. I don’t like it at all.
System is down….
Currently the system is down and I can’t access my check that’s supposed to be deposited into my account. This is VERY frustrating. I still like Neighbors but many people can’t afford to have a banking system be down for a few days. It’s unacceptable.
There’s always something wrong
This bank is the worst bank to bank it because their system is always down or there’s something going wrong every day. The lines are too long in the bank not enough people to work there and then they’re ATM system is trash and the new app they have us using never works properly. It keeps crashing.
Customer Service
This is one of the worst credit unions ever. I went there twice now to pay my car payment. The bank teller gave me the wrong amount. The payment was three dollars short. I received a message that they were going to repo my car for $3. What a horrible institution. This should have been handled a lot better.

No way to turn off card.
Why is there no card controls in this app. Other credit unions provide this.
Basic app inconvenient. Not For the Tech Savvy
You can’t lock your card from the app or website. You can’t even order a replacement card online but you can switch the order you see your account. No early direct deposit pending. Notifications comes days late if even at all. App was designed for the computer illiterate type. Needs more options.
