Very bad app from eco world, many times problem almost every month

Login fail , lag, slow…. How did you guys create such useless app
Very not effective App !
Always unable to login. Frequently facing issue when generate QR code as owner or even for visitor. Same problem happened even after updated. Having this app is even more troublesome than having physical access card.
Error Sorry, we were unable to enable Push Notifications. Please try again later.
No notifications after update latest version 1.1.2. I also unable to enable Push Notifications from the Apps.
Need to fix it
To lag Always cannot open and that means I cannot get into my own house pls fix it
Facilities
Facilities options gone blank and cant make any booking regarding about facilities. Sighhhhhh

Can’t generate QR code
App not working
I’m unable to generate the QR code at the moment. Would appreciate it if you could kindly look into the issue and help resolve it. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Don’t have OTP send to my mail, then how to log in? The eco company also rubbish!!! I want use this app to make payment, so now I can’t log in, I won’t make payment!! Rubbish management!!!!

User-Unfriendly Apps
Worse apps ever with below reasons:
- Data in old apps and new apps not integrated (Even worse, wrong data recognised in system. Eg, IC was wrongly record in new apps which unable to create account)
- Sometimes apps automatically logged us out, and when we try to login, telling us fall to retrieve OTP
- Expecting to be more digitalised, but after booking facilities, still has to submit form by email. Why don’t we just settled all in apps?
- Access QR sometimes not workable.

Everytume I launch this apps will have a problem. Will occur error and asking ic no for login even though did not register using ic. But still I tried to keyin my ic no, also can't login. What's wrong? Difficult for my guest to come in
