About
NeighVolt makes shared EV charging simple, fair, and stress-free for residential communities.
Whether you live in a condo, apartment building, or HOA community, NeighVolt lets residents share limited charging spots without conflicts — with a smart queue system that keeps everyone's turn fair.
HOW IT WORKS
• All charging spots in your community are shown in real time
• If a spot is free, tap to start charging immediately
• If all spots are occupied, join the queue with one tap
• When it's your turn, you get a notification — tap "I'm On My Way" and your spot is held
• When you're done, release the spot for the next neighbor
FEATURES
→ Live charging spot status — see which spots are free, reserved, or in use
→ Smart queue — join the line and get notified the moment a spot opens
→ Spot reservation — reserve a spot and head down when you're ready
→ Charging history — full log of your past sessions with duration and estimated kWh
→ Community messages — receive announcements and alerts from your building management
→ Fair use enforcement — community rules and time limits keep access fair for everyone
FOR RESIDENTS
No more checking the garage every 20 minutes. NeighVolt notifies you the moment a charger is free, holds your spot while you walk over, and tracks your session automatically.
FOR COMMUNITIES
Building managers and HOA administrators get a full web portal to manage members, monitor usage, configure charging rules, and handle the queue — all without any hardware installation.
REQUIREMENTS
• Your residential community must be registered on NeighVolt
• Contact your building management or HOA to get your community set up
• iOS 16.0 or later
