Bought for one year and the App never works. I have yet to see a finished photo yet:/ so it was a waste of my money unfortunately
Failure
It worked for one day now it keeps say SERVER ERROR on anything I try. Not a good message to see daily

I purchased Neiro AI: Photo Enhancer on Sep 23, 2026 (Order MQVNZ1VJHT) and it’s not functioning on my iPhone 16 Pro Max iOS 26.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open app
2. [Tap … / import photo / …]
3. Result: [crash/blank/login loop/error text]
Tried already
• Reinstall, Restore Purchases, Reboot, Update iOS, Sign out/in, Wi-Fi & cellular.
I’ve attached a screen recording showing the failure.
Please advise a fix or timeline within 7 days. If a fix isn’t imminent, please confirm you support an App Store refund for a non-functional purchase so I can reference your reply with Apple.

Very annoyed
I was gonna give this app 5 stars. I paid nearly 100 bucks for the yearly subscription and after less than a month of decent use now all I keep getting is server error try again later for a few days now I haven’t been able to use the app I paid 100 bucks for I’m. It impressed
