Nela — Where buyer & seller agents connect. Nela is the network real estate agents use to match buyers and sellers faster. Instead of cold-calling around town, broadcast what your buyer wants, browse what other agents are representing, and close the loop — all in one app. OPPORTUNITIES FEED Buyer-side agents post exactly what their client is looking for — budget, BHK, locality, and intent (buy or rent). Seller-side agents scan the feed for a match and respond directly, opening a conversation with the posting agent instantly. MY INVENTORY Keep every listing you represent — for sale or for rent — in one organized place. Add property type, price, area, BHK, locality, and photos in a few taps, then track status as it moves from Available to Sold or Rented. LEADS CRM Manage your buyer pipeline like a real CRM. Track each lead's name, contact details, intent, and the property they're interested in. Drag leads across stages — New, Contacted, Viewing, Negotiating, Closed, Lost — and turn a strong lead straight into a feed opportunity when you need buyer-side help. MESSAGES Once an opportunity gets a response, a conversation opens automatically so you and the other agent can work out the details without leaving the app. BUILT FOR HOW AGENTS ACTUALLY WORK • Multi-language support — English, Telugu, and Kannada • Real-time notifications when someone responds to your post or messages you • A clean, fast interface with no clutter • Works for both buy-side and sell-side agents in the same app Nela exists to shorten the distance between an agent who has a buyer and an agent who has the right property. Post what you need, browse what's out there, and get to a deal.
