No refund!

Was very disappointed to see an item I ordered cannot be returned for a refund only exchange. Never would have ordered if I knew this. All other boutiques I’ve shopped with give refunds.

Cart/check out is stupid!

I take TIME to shop. All of the stuff I added was being removed after only TEN MINUTES of being added so I lost everything I added before being able to check out!
This is not at all effective and until it’s changed, I’m just going to shop other boutiques.
