Waste of Storage
This is possibly the worst app I have ever downloaded in my life. After they make me download this horrendous app to download your book, they don’t let you! Forcing you to use their app that hardly works. I’m not sure how or why anyone would pay money to have this developed, and they should seriously consider a lawsuit to get their money back because clearly someone has not done their job properly. I just wanted to download my expensive textbook, but cannot because of the greedy corporation behind this app.

Basically unusable
If the textbook had another online version I would never even look at this ridiculous app, it’s so frustrating to use as it glitches all the time, closes itself, zooms in and out by itself and won’t even let me highlight text or add notes, it’s so frustrating to use that all I do is screenshot the page and work through my photos app, it’s useless apart from the fact that I don’t have to haul around my textbook all day. I highly suggest you fix this app because it’s genuinely stupid how bad it functions.

Can’t even log in.
The log in window doesn’t show the email/password entered, either the text you type is white like the background or it just isn’t working. Even when I’m sure the email and password are correct, it just says “some unknown exception has occurred”.
Stick to the browser version.
