About

Nemuriban builds a weekly sleep plan around night work and rotating shifts using rules that run on your device. Enter your work hours and daily constraints to review suggested main sleep, naps, light timing, and caffeine cutoffs for each day. ■ Common rotating-shift patterns Add day, evening, overnight, long night, and off-duty shifts from a calendar. Adjust start and end times for each entry, including work that continues past midnight. ■ Paste a rota as text Paste lines such as “7/8 night shift.” The built-in parser detects dates and shift types locally, then lets you review the result before saving. ■ Weekly sleep planning Set your sleep need, commute time, and preferred caffeine buffer. The app arranges strategic pre-shift naps, post-night recovery sleep, and a return toward a regular bedtime. ■ See what comes next today The Today view shows your current shift and upcoming sleep, nap, light, and caffeine items in time order. The weekly view groups each plan with its shift type. ■ Stays on your device Your rota, profile, and generated plans are stored locally. No account or external text-generation service is required. A banner ad appears at the bottom of supported screens. An optional one-time ad-removal option hides the banner without changing feature access. Note: This app is a general planning aid for shift-work sleep habits. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Avoid driving or hazardous work when severely sleepy or unwell, and consult a qualified health professional when needed.
