How do I start

I saw a lot of good reviews and it seems like a good game but when I try to play this it says play but when I press it it says choose a server when I press the server button to choose a server it doesn’t show any servers I really wanna play this game and I’ve deleted it and downloaded it so many times and it never works and when I get off the it doesn’t let me bag on it shows the Home Screen then kicks me off the game if your seeing this fix this because I really wanna play this game please and thank you

Can’t update the game

My game is stuck on v 1.0.0 and I can’t update it. I really enjoy this game and was wondering if there was a way to fix this.

Great game, but a problem.

This is a wonderful games with great accessibility and gameplay style, the summoning is kind of hard to get S ranked heroes but other than that it’s not too hard for a beginner to get ready and going with the game! The “Rookie” Feature includes a lot of challenges and rewards for the first week or so, and on your 20th pull (2nd 10x Multi) you get a guaranteed S Rank hero. Now, my only complaint is after some time of me playing this game just stopped working. Every time i opened the app and clicked “I see” button under the list of banned names, it kicks me out of the game and it doesn’t let me go play it. the only way i can re-access the game is by deleting it and re downloading. and you can probably see how it gets annoying from there.
