Love the app but needs text formatting option

I’ve been really enjoying using Neo Email. The interface is clean, it’s easy to use, and overall it’s been a great experience. The only feature I feel is missing is text formatting when composing emails. It would be great to have options like bold, italic, underline, bullet points, font size, and text color. Adding rich text formatting would make the app much more useful for professional emails. Looking forward to future updates!

app super glitchy and crashes

I need to access my email and every time i open the app it slows down and crashes near instantly. I can’t even go on the web version as a backup because it redirects me to download the app. please resolve ASAP.

Bait and switch

The email is not free and they cancel your account without proper reason. I will be reporting the platform to the FTC. I believe that their business practices are questionable. Save your money

Needs Improvement

Neo needs overall improvement to make it easier for users.
• You can’t drag files from an email to another location.
• There is no “important” button for emails.
• When you forward and rename an email, it still appears in the same thread.
• When replying to a thread, scrolling up to the original email resets the view, making it hard to return to where you were typing.
• I prefer new emails/replies to appear at the top, but I can’t find an option to change this (this may be user error).

They add SPAM to your emails

If you are not on their top-tier plans, they attach an ad for themselves on the bottom of your emails. Do not use this app if you are a business and don’t want to SPAM your customers with ads for a different company. Ugly and unprofessional.

Free wasn’t free then…

1st free isn’t free, then to start anything you have to pay upfront then there is no one to contact and if you cancel your account it stays active till your renewal date, that being a full year and I’m trying to cancel after just an hour. I don’t want company info out there in connection to this place and I can’t stop it or get a refund. I’m not mad, I’m miserable over this horrible choice.

Not efficient

There are too many things that you can’t do on this app. It requires you to go online and sign in from a desktop. Which isn’t always possible when you’re on the go. Please make the app more mobile friendly. You shouldn’t need to sign into the desktop, you should be able to manage all your settings from your phone

Horrible interface

I’m experiencing an issue with the Neo Email app. When I receive a notification about a new email, the email body is hidden behind grey bars when I open the app. This makes it impossible to read the content of the emails. I’ve received the notifications correctly, but the display issue persists.

Do not give them your credit card info!

They make it extremely difficult to cancel. I’ve been trying to cancel for months and they keep charging me. Do not pay subscription

All features are “web only”

Nothing is accessible from mobile, directs you to the web which then tells you to use the app on a mobile device. Glad I only signed a monthly sub with them because this is terrible.
