i sent my assignment at 11:58 and it told me i exeeded the due date. FIX YOUR GARBAGE APP.
Glitch
One of the worst school apps if not the worst as a 12 year old who has used neo for 5 years this app is just lagging really hard and a lot of students lags for them delete/take down this app immediately
Recent issues
This whole school year neo (the app) has been fine bit recently there has been a glitch in both mobile and ilad which makes the app impossible to use please fix it asap!
CONFUSING
Neo is soo confusing, like it’s too hard to get around and it randomly logs you out while using it which is annoying on quizzes. Talking abt quizzes, it usually grades it wrong making the teacher go fix it. It also said I have a 0 on a test when my teacher added a 97! It made my grades go down for that class!

Hard to navigate on the app. Mobile and site works fine.
Easy to download and access
In terms of ease of use, it is great. Offline mode really helps. Connectivity wise I think depends on your internet connection speed.
Time waster
It’s not working which let my child stay awake until 12 pm everyday because of this app loading 😡
New update is the contrary of improvement
As a parent, I have used about 5 different educational apps. Last school year I didn't have as many problems with NEO as I have since the last update. Now it is more difficult to find things and push notifications do not arrive, you have to be entering at all times and searching in too many places. The risk of overlooking something important is very high.

Honestly this application lags a lot and is so confusing and so over ratted

Worst app ever
This app lags, so many bugs, they never fixed anything, everything is hard, and it’s so bad, this app is such a knock off, it’s the worst I hate it and I do not recommend 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
Improvements
This app has come a long way. The improvements made have allowed our students to gain access to their assignments without having to be connected to a network. It is also easy to upload assignments using the app. I can’t wait to see what other improvements they will release in the near future.
