No longer in business?
I have had these switches for several years and they no longer work. I have tried calling the company and emailing the company to no avail.
Do not buy! Their products no longer supported!
The switch might work locally and used to be a very good app and switches for controlling home automation. However their servers are no longer operating, so scheduling functions fail.
Scheduler is horrible!
You cannot set a schedule based on the times you want. For example if I set a timer for 10 PM, the app shows 101. This system is horrible at best. I will be replacing the switch with another brand so that I can use a different app.
App is poor quality
Recently purchased a house with two switches connected to NEO. Neither of the switches will sync with the app the app has very bad descriptions as to what needs to take place on the switch it is pretty straightforward but the app fails to connect with multiple tries. I attempt to go to the frequently asked questions and it only comes up with an error page get it right you guys this app is junk !!!! I will likely either not use the Wi-Fi or remove and destroy the switch and replace with quality switches.

DANGEROUS!

Stopped working.
The switch had been working for a couple of years. But now all of a sudden it does not run the schedule. I can only control the switch when I am on the same network as the switch. Most likely it is not able to connect to the service and therefore I have local control only.
Change timer to sunset
I love this app. Used it for years with my NEO switches and plugs. Control lights in house and outside lights including Xmas lights. It would be nice instead of hour timer sets to sunset option. It would make it easier especially with the sun setting later this time of year. I have to keep changing the time to save energy. Thanks

Continuing WiFi connection problems and no it’s not my server or equipment. Save your money and buy a better one than this.
Never could get to work
I followed the instructions, tried multiple phones, tried multiple times.
My app is working now!!
I was using beta version 13.2 iOS and my NEO app didn’t work it would start to open then shut off but the new iOS update fix the problem I hope this helps some one thank you.....
This app will not function with iOS 13.1.1
You will lose all functionality when you upgrade you iPhone to the latest release.
Device not working
I connected the device to my wiring and downloaded the app. Followed instructions but switch wouldn’t light up. Tried the FAQ menu and it was all in Chinese. Nowhere to “set language”. I just bought a $50 paper weight.

The app has quirks. Sometimes displays different energy values than it should.
If you face the bridged network issue. Disable the non 2.4ghz network. Enter SSID and password of bridged network but connecting only to 2.4ghz. Then once all is confirmed on app just re enable your bridged network.
Product does work over external IP well.

A great App. to control any type of pluggable electronic.
The NEO WiFi switch outlet is a great App. to control any type of pluggable electronic. We use it throughout our house for lights, A Christmas tree, and other electronics. I just wish you could download this on to the Mac PowerBook and control it from a laptop/desktop instead of only thought iPhone & iPad.

Nice hardware. Terrible app. Developers never want to update the functionality as well as the interface for ios 11,12. If you want to continue your business and increase in sales. Please update the app. Or you gonna lose them all.
Better products on the market
With all the options I would look at others before this for home automation. App is glitchy, hardware and customer service I help trouble shoot just as bad. Submitted a question and it’s been 3 months still no response.
