APP Doesn’t Work at all
I have an iPhone 8 Plus, all software up to date. The app was easy to download but doesn’t work at all. I also tried on my iPad with no luck. The app is just a picture that does nothing. So disappointed. If it’s not fixed I’ll be sending the globe back.

What a SCAM! I had bought one of these from an Australian store called Kmart, it doesn’t load! The app seems like a total fake. No QR code to scan . BUYER BEWARE!
Don't buy - app doesn't even open
Downloaded the app but it stalls on the screen to scan the QR code. will be taking it back.
Stable network connection???
I am so annoyed, I can’t get the app to connect to the network. I was able to download everything and when I try to connect it says it needs a stable network connection...
Very disappointed
Bought the globe from K-mart. Downloaded the app easily enough. But can not get the app to open. (Unable to find stable network connection). But we can very easily use internet and every other app.
I have seen this problem mentioned on a blog post and quite a few annoyed people. If this doesn't get fixed. I will be returning it.

Doesn’t work in Australia.
Doesn’t seem to work. Says network is unstable when trying to scan the QR code for setup. Everything else on my home network works perfectly fine so

App stuck at loading page
Unable to launch the app, every time I launch it says "The network is unobstructed" at the corner of the screen and gives an alert as "The download file failed because of network instability. Please try again or exit", gives 2 buttons "exit" , "retry".
My network is good enough I m able to download many apps and other stuff.
