Worst App
It logs me out everyday and doesn’t let me log back in saying “log in using sso” which doesn’t work. Reinstalling solves the problem for that day but have to do it everyday.

Reinstalling App Everytime I Book
There’s some issue with the app. Everytime I have to book a cab, I open it and it says SSO expired. I use my credentials to login but it doesn’t work. I reinstall the app and it works. Will be extremely helpful if the bug is fixed.
Unable to schedule a ride
If I change the site when scheduling a ride, the drop down selection for timing does not work. I select a login time and the dropdown does not auto close. I have to click outside, but the selection shows as NA. I do the same for logout time and both the drop downs get populated as soon as I press outside the selection window. But the when I press schedule it keeps showing “please provide all the required fields”. The app is unusable because of this.

Frequent Password change request
On IOS18, App recommends the password change frequently. It’s irritating.

No live tracking
very poor app. Live tracking does not work. Map is also wrong.
Doesn't update and crashes one out of 3 times
The app doesn't update the location while tracking and it crashes a lot. It is of no use practically have to call the driver to co-ordinate all the time. Very painful experience.
Outdated features and bugs
1) No option to login using biometrics. Each and every app now a days have this option.
2) Frequently session gets timed out and you observe expired session error message.
3) Takes eternity to load driver tracking map. Some times a blank screen is seen
4) After a ride is scheduled it displays login time as logout time.
