All the lab reports and radiology reports that were in the NEOM health app have disappeared from my profile. This is not acceptable. I need them for my medical history. I tried to provide feedback in the app - can’t do it - error. It’s difficult to understand how this was released when it is so poor and full of bugs. If zero stars was an option, I would give it zero.

Bad application
A bad application and does not support the Arabic language. In addition, I cannot access the files of my children registered on the same phone number. Please fix this malfunction or return the previous application.

NEOM Health App is decommissioned but it provided more easy steps to information or records. This App is not user friendly and past records are not available after various attempts
