After reading all the reviews, I downloaded the app, but initially had trouble figuring it out. Then a friend reminded me about it, and I decided to purchase the full version. I wish I had used it sooner! I worked on improving my self-esteem and now feel very comfortable behind the wheel. I had a strong desire to experience those amazing feelings of pure joy while driving, and now I actually do! I used to have a panic fear of losing my parents, but now I feel calm.

I had to take a moment to write a review about this incredible app that has completely shifted my perspective as a mom. I used to believe I was a bad mom because I didn't spend as much time with my kid as I thought I should. But thanks to this app, I realized it was just a limiting belief holding me back. It opened my eyes to the fact that it's not about the quantity of time we spend with our kids, but the quality of that time. It made me realize that I'm a fantastic mom, even if I can't be there every second of the day. Four stars because the stories are a bit slow-paced

Great Self-help app for busy people

I am absolutely in love with this app. This app is incredible and serves my busy lifestyle. I can use anywhere and anytime to transform any limiting belief. I don’t need a coach, or anybody, just plug in my headphones and use it right here right now. After every session I feel less anxiety, and more empowered to take on any goal I set for myself
