This rewards program started off great then they went and changed it like they changed their menu and it all went downhill

Horrible App!

No ease whatsoever! I fell like I have to constantly put in same info when I’m logged in already to order a pizza. 99% of the time, I just give up!!!!

Very complicated system

Try order a pizza and see how many times you have to login or enter your email or phone numbers.
And I just couldn’t figure out a way how to redeem the free stuff on the app.
There is a long way to go for this app. Try to look at what Cumberland farm is doing. Their app is simple and intuitive.
This kind of gas and food app should be a no brainer. The simple it is, the better.

There’s not slot of choices for stuff to redeem like maybe cookies or a gallon of gas or something some neons don’t sell pizzas burgers and footlongs(I do indeed work at neon)
