I have been paying for the pro version of this app for about two years. I absolutely love creating unique images the different options. Earlier this week I tried to use it and it was asking me if I wanted to do the free trial. Again, I have the pro version. I have not been able to get support to respond even though I’ve emailed at least two times so far. My subscription does not end until the end of November yet, I am unable to use it without the watermark. I’m frustrated and don’t know what to do.
It is 2025 and here we go again… My subscription is not due to cancel until January 2026 yet I am not showing as a pro user! This is absolutely ridiculous! And I hate that I can’t seem to get any help 🤬
