Neonatal BP Centile Calculator

The Neonatal BP Centile Calculator provides corrected gestational age and age-specific systolic, diastolic, and mean arterial blood pressure reference centiles for neonates. Enter gestational age at birth and day of life to calculate corrected gestational age. Optional measured SBP, DBP, and MAP values can be compared with the 5th through 95th centile reference range. A separate hypertension tab provides 50th, 95th, and 99th centiles for older neonates. The app includes source citations, interpolation information, measurement cautions, and explicit limits on interpretation. It does not collect patient information or other user data. This educational reference does not replace clinical assessment. Blood pressure centiles do not independently establish organ perfusion or determine treatment.
