This app makes it easy to add funky highlights to your pics. I really like the slider control for choosing your frame color, as it makes it easy to find just the right shade to go with your pic.

Just what I've been looking for
I have hundreds of photos on my iTouch and it's so nice that FreshAir has put out a couple of apps that can really enhance them. NeonFrames is a lot of fun for messing around with my pictures and putting cool frames on them.

I love this app! It offers 4 shapes and a variety of colors. My only wish is that it offered more than just neon colors. I.e., pastels, brights and black & white colors. If it had those options it would have ! Maybe in the next update :)
